To make our Luxury Cream Fudge, sugar, whole milk, and butter are blended and cooked until the perfect consistency is achieved. Next, the fudge is cooled on special cooling tables before it is cut into pieces, wrapped and packed. Finally, the fudge is aged for a few weeks, allowing it to crystallize and reach the texture that our Luxury Cream Fudge has become known for—hard on the outside with a silky interior.
